'Rayve' is defined as all software, files and media downloaded as part of Raylogic's Rayve 3D Game Engine.

'Subscriber' is defined as a single natural person that has paid for a subsciption to use Rayve. If a business entity purchases a subscription, the subscription is for a single developer seat and the business is the subscriber.

Rayve is proprietary, closed source software owned by Raylogic.

Rayve is made available "as is" without any warranty whatsoever, expressed or implied. The subscriber agrees that Raylogic cannot be held liable for any type of damages, direct or indirect.

Rayve is for use by the subscriber only. No part of the Rayve distribution can be shared with others. The subscription is non-transferable.

A paid subscription for Rayve enables the subscriber to receive development updates for the duration of the subscription. The subscriber can continue to use Rayve after the subscription ends, but will not receive any more development updates.

The only software created with Rayve that can be destributed is compiled/binary games. All other software created with Rayve must be for the subscriber's use only.

Any statements Raylogic makes about future plans for Rayve are made in good faith. However, these statements are speculative and not given as guarantees or legal commitments.

If updates and support for Rayve can no longer be provided, all Rayve source code will be open sourced on GitHub.

There are no royalties on software created with Rayve. No refunds are available.
